Sophie's Independence Day

We took Sophie down to the park for the first time in a few weeks and Sophie was delighted to discover that she could walk across the rope bridge unaided and sit on the seesaw without one of us sitting behind her.

She insisted that her latest best friend, Tinky Winky, had to sit on the other end of the seesaw, even if neither of them could touch the ground!

Dolly seems to have fallen out of favour lately: according to Sophie, dolly has taken to kicking her when she's asleep in her cot and waking her up :)!

This afternoon we went to the pool for an hour and tonight both Sophie and Kate are having a sleep over as Kate has got to do a Saturday morning shift at work tomorrow.
