City rules

Another of those painted electric boxes. This time, to remind dog owners that they must clean up after their pets and use the free doggie-bags provided and dispose of them in the green waste-bin that you can see.

I like the way the waste-bin has its beady eyes on that pet dog and the owner's eyes seems to be saying: "I got your message!"  Let's hope so, for the rest of us on our walks!  I feel that dogs don't really fit well into city life... and neighbours with barking dogs are not much fun either!
