Women Only

Delhi Metro has a sensible and necessary policy of having a dedicated carriage on every train in which only women are allowed to travel.

It goes some way to making women feel safe for a short time in a city that otherwise is not. The shocking crimes committed in Delhi, many against women and children, particularly girls, and only some of which are reported are cause for despair. I'm looking at the newspaper less and less so I don't end up feeling hateful.
