Following on from the marmalade making yesterday, it was time to siphon off the elderflower juice from the must and tomorrow, when it settles I will transfer it into bottles. I'll be away this week so my husband is in charge of monitoring the pressure in the bottles and making sure that none threaten to explode! I purchased heavy duty plastic bottles for the purpose so hopefully there will be no disasters. Hoping that on my return the elderflower champagne will be drinkable!
