Off to Canada

So, the start of our travels.  I bought this case in 1979 at the start of a new job that required quite a bit of travel.  Since then its destinations have included In Amenas in Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, India, Djibouti, US, various parts of Europe and now Western Canada.  It is a little elderly.

Now we are in Canada.  Same day as we set out and surrounded by skyscrapers in Vancouver.  All of my long distance in the past eight years has been North - South, so this feels quite strange.
