Comma Butterfy

We had a Positive Image photo outing to Potteric Carr Nature Reserve this morning which worked out well for me as I was able to drop Ann at church and then a short drive got me to the reserve.  There were several butterflies basking on the Blackberry bushes including this Comma butterfly.  You can see how well camouflaged it is when it folds its wings like this - very like a dead leaf.  There were also lots of Common Blue Damselflies and one or two reds plus a few larger dragonflies.
