Snowball in Summer

Rather like a huge snowball the female Nursery Web  spider carries her eggs in a silken ball underneath her abdomen; fascinating to see. 

Great afternoon out with friends at Berkeley Castle taking a picnic in the sunshine to see Midsummer Night's Dream. Fantastic production with an enjoyable innovative twist! Lovely day in all!
