Cooking on the Floor

Well, really it's just the prep we do on the floor. The cooking is done on the stove top.

1. Sweep
2. Spread out a mat (woven from plastic or grass)
3. Chop, cut, dice, shred, mash, etc. until everything is ready for cooking
4. Wipe off the mat, fold it, and put it away
