Mirror statues

Walking through the woods at Aberfoyle we encountered these mirror statues. I nearly didn't notice them, and even when I'd stopped to look it was a while before I saw them all.
They are by Rob Mulholland and are intended to provoke thought about mans impact on the landscape. The woods were apparently planted after WW1. The crofters who had been on the land were resettled. I had thought the lovely oak forest, was natural but apparently not.
Really loved the subtlety of this work - and its slightly science fiction, other worldly quality. Some extras of the others.
