The roadsweeper came today

...and decided to wash out his nozzles outside my gate, He then got back in his lorry and did the rest of my side of the road and returned down the other side. This is after he has gone home. I am beginning to think my home must be worth a lot of money by the efforts of our council etc to intimidate me into leaving.  I do have a rather large corner plot in these days of virtually no gardens for a lot of homes and my neighbours from hell have done an awful lot of extending on theirs yet they have only had half the ground area I have .:-)
