Went to Melton Market today for a morning out. A place where the most unusual items are on sale ranging from large quantities of fresh fruit and veg, plants, hand-made birthday cards, rifles, rugged outdoor clothing, axes, socks of all kinds, jams, pickles, vintage toys, second-hand books, jewellery, scarves and daffodil bulbs. Not to mention brassware, bronze sculptures and patterned leggings. And all that before you walk into Melton town centre where Ye Olde Pork Pie Shoppe sells the best sausages in Leicestershire. Lots of blips available but I thought this stall selling these lovely brightly coloured whistling kettles should be my today's blip.
