it's very old

an antique, of course - dating to around about 1900 - 1910 and i found it in - a little rundown shop in the neighborhood - it was stuck in with a bunch of others in a box - and i'm not certain the owner knew what she had - upon cleaning it, its true beauty was revealed - perhaps that's why she didn't know - because it was covered in filth and grime - and if one doesn't take the time to uncover - what one has, then the real treasure will never be able to come forth

it's kind of that way with humans too - some of us are covered in filth - while others get to shine in riches on the planet - those who are not yet shining often get overlooked - because they are viewed as unworthy or 'less than' - but the truth of it is - we're all the same - we all came into this world with rights as every other individual - the same flaws as everyone else - but sometimes there are some who believe - they are entitled to more than their fellow humans - we are a fallen people who have hope only through one - incredible selfless act of a man named jesus - who died on a cross for us - he gives us amazing hope right now in a despairing world - viewing everyone equally, loving all unconditionally - i cling to that hope - for it is that which allows me to have...

a

happy day.....
