An early morning ride by a local farm to the train station was followed by a brief period of sun . The weather is working into a wind driven rain storm tomorrow, so it will be downhill from here I suspect.

A Praying Mantis was flying around the back garden yesterday, landing here and there, posing for a few shots. Hard to say if it was Mr. or Mrs.(minus her eggs) from my previous snaps. It's rather unnerving the way they turn their heads and follow the camera.

Errands today before the storm tomorrow. C is insisting upon returning home to NH on Thursday after T takes her to a doctor's appointment. One of her daughters will meet them and take her home. We all think she should rest and take another week here, but she will not hear of it. Time to move on from her two month health ordeal.
