Truro and Gorran Haven

As we arrived late last night we needed to do some food shopping so we headed into Truro. We spent a few hours wondering the streets, visiting the Cathedral and having lunch. It was Father's Day so TheAphid bought Rik a new T-shirt from Fat Face as all the shops were open. We found it very odd seeing so many open shops as they still close over here on Sundays.

We went back to the cottage and had a brief chat with the owners who seemed very pleasant. As it was still very warm we decided to do a coastal walk from Gorran Haven to Dodman Point where we came across the massive stone cross on the headland. We also met wild ponies, sheep and cows on the headland as we were walking.
