Noticed this battered flag in London recently. Interesting that the UK is heading for independence from Europe because of the disastrous Brexit vote - all the stock phrases of 'taking back control' and 'sovereignty' are trotted out by self-serving politicians. It's strange how these same politicians suddenly become myopic when the same reasoning can be applied to Scotland? Alba gu bràth.
