Gnat bites and neckache..

one of those days today! Sat out in the garden last night to do some stitching and am suffering today with numerous gnat bites as i made a tasty treat for the local gnats!  

Lovely weather today with warm temperatures so that tempted the butterflies out early in the garden but they're still proving a pain to snap - unless it is their new hobby to frustrate me!

And then a trip to Southend this morning was eventful - went to exchange an item, but forgot to take the item with me!! oops!! But we did see the TV presenter Stephen Mulhern filming 'In For a Penny' - not sure what kind of show that is! - along the high street, and then the Bomb Disposal Unit were along Southend Seafront to set off an unexploded WWII bomb that had been discovered in the water yesterday!  Never a dull moment!
