No. 131: Pink-footed goose

Are we there yet?
These are just five of the thousands of birds which are pouring into coastal North Norfolk at the moment. We saw them as we walked through Holkham Nature reserve today, along with lots of red admirals, migrant hawkers, a great green woodpecker sighting, lunch in the dunes with a wheatear for company and a view from a hide of 2 marsh harriers scrapping with a peregrine and a kestrel. Wonderful sunshine today but very breezy.
