Total Lockdown

This door latch caused total chaos this afternoon. I came into the house to get my camera for a blip and found myself stuck in the kitchen - the lock had jammed. I had no access to the rest of the house and no camera. I had to get a hacksaw and cut the safety chain to the front door to gain entry, find a screwdriver and various other tools and set to work. After two hours and more luck than ingenuity, the door was released and sanity returned in the form of my wife, who came back from the shops and put the kettle on.
