Barred Straw

Had the moth trap out last night and caught this odd little creature which we haven't recorded before. It had a funny curved tail and these lovely pale yellow wings. We also caught amongst others 2  Mottled Beauties [ see extras] and then at the garden centre with Mum I spent some time hover fly chasing. Who would have though flies could be so pretty! Oh .... and I've done most of my packing :)
