First Flower Friday

This is my first ever FF BLIP.

This plant has intrigued my by its sudden spurt in growth. I think it is a houseleek.
(It's not in the house though it's sitting in the garden on a bench.)
The flower is sitting on a stem about 6" tall .
Thanks to the people who organise these daily blip challenges - must try some others.
