Swanning around

Slept well,last night, just not long enough, need another good night or two, to catch up!!

We went to the quiz last night, it was a tough one, low winning score.....we were 10 points off the pace though :-/

As planned, today sis came to our house with Kobi, hub and I joined them in their car and off we all went on a little adventure!

A trip to Rufford, a lovely lunch sat outside a little cafe on Fettlers Wharf.....Tastebuds, a great name, as they dish up lovely food! Kobi was so good, sat besides us playing with his toys, watching the birds and listening to sounds hes not heard before.

Then, after lunch we all took a walk along the canal, the reeds and grasses were very thick and in parts we couldnt see the water, again something new for Kobi, which he dealt with admirably!

Id taken my phone to snap a few pics........and to be honest they have turned out better than I thought! I particularly s one of the swan family being fed.

As you can see our weather, although quite muggy, and sunnier earlier, it has not been sunny this afternoon.....and in fact it started to rain as we drove back to our house. Sis stopped for a quick coffee, Kobi made himself right at home and soon went to sleep sprawled on the carpet.

Maybe I will blip wihtout my camera after all :-)
