Wildflower meadow

I booked a place on the Bat Walk at Woodberry Wetlands tonight mainly to get away from the festival noise.
A gentle stroll as dusk approached.
As soon as the walk started we saw two Nostrules swooping in the sky. The bat frequency monitors we all had were going crazy with activity. All in all, by the end of the night we had identified 7 different species of bat and I'd glimpsed pipistrelles as well as another bat that fed over the water.
My night vision is terrible and photographing them was way beyond me and my equipment.
