If you had said to me six months ago that I would be getting up on a Saturday morning, at 6.45am, to get out for a 6mile powerwalk when I didn't HAVE to I would have laughed in your face.

If you'd said that in the same week I would swim 50 lengths AND do another 3.5mile walk with MrsLiF I would be in hysterics!
