The King's Medal

Awarded to MrsS's grandmother in 1911-12. On the reverse it states:

"Awarded by the London County Council for Attendance, Conduct and Industry during the year." 

Her name is engraved around the edge.

School children don't get this sort of recognition these days, do they?
