Salad for Saturday

Colin made dinner tonight as it was my birthday and clearly has time on his hands as he came up with this gorgeous presentation of a side salad!
The sun shone and I've had a lovely day in East Lothian - North Berwick, Smeaton, East Linton finishing at Belhaven fruit farm to pick some black currants... and the sun is still shining at 9pm.
