Loki looking pretty pleased sitting between Mr. Badger's sneakers. He's come a long way from when he used to be terrified of the camera!

We've been trying to figure out what we need to do to get out of our condo. Nothing is going well and it is very draining/depressing. We're going to have to roll up our sleeves and really start socking away some savings, just for the privilege of being able to pay to leave this place =\ If we could refinance, that would make things so much easier. I did some calculations, and if we could refinance at even some of the higher rates available right now, we'd save about $500 a month!! Sigh. Fingers crossed we find a bank willing to refinance! I know there are a lot of people in the same terrible boat as us, and I really feel for them.

But for tonight, we just need to figure out what we are having for dinner :)
