Buggy On Magnolia Seed Pod

These seeds are so vibrantly bright and colorful. I saw them out the window this morning and put them on my list of things to photograph today. Only I ended up with a bonus little buggy too! I'd never really paid much attention to the full life cycle of a Magnolia flower. Yes, I had noticed the buds, to flowers, to pods, to little red seeds occasionally, but never REALLY watched it change day by day. To see it go from fuzzy to letting the seeds slowly slip out from the pod. It's so beautiful!
