Helping or Feeding? No. Getting Together!

Saw these two bumble bees in the alley. A smaller one appeared to be either trying to nudge the bigger one, or might it have been feeding off the bigger one?

I couldn't tell.

Reasonable explanations are welcome.

Visited the Ulverscroft Camera Club in the afternoon, with Basil.
