The very nearly our apartment shot!

As we rented off the swine who ran off with over 500 people's money and we couldn't find the owner of our apartment, we resigned ourselves to the fact that we had to move.

So after a few weekends looking around areas that were cheaper etc etc we knew we wanted to stay in the Greens. We found a bigger one bedroom apartment with a great city view including the Burj Al Arab which we both liked.

Put a deposit down and 2 hours later the owners of our apartment turned up...typical!! She is Indian and had read about the scam on the internet. She is so shocked and disgusted. She is 3 months rent down as the swine didn't pay her the last of four cheques. We paid swine in one. For piece of mind this year she made us an offer we couldn't refuse on the flat we are in.

So top and bottom is we are staying here for another year. Which is what we wanted at the start of all this shambles. Bonus!
