Apres School.

The play park is full of kids from the nearby school, with their parents nattering away. Its a nice day, and a good way to ensure that in these last two weeks of the summer term, that the kids get a good night's sleep.

Due to hospital appointments, I am on half days this week. However the reality means 2/3rds of a normal day. I am being pretty strict about that. I have plenty of physiotherapy to do. The walk is an important part of that.
