Crossing

I had so much to do on Saturday that I didn't get out until late in the evening.

It had been a while since I had seen the new Queensferry Crossing over the River Forth and, as there has been much talk about a ballot to allow people to walk over it and experience it on foot for the one and only time, I thought I would take a run out in the car and see how it looked.

Arrived about sunset - 10pm - so the light wasn't good, which was rather unfortunate since it had been a sunny day and we were hoping for a good sunset. However, the tide was out and that made for some interesting shapes and textures on the mud of the river bed.
