Lens addict. I had been drooling over a Pentax K1 in Falmouth's premier camera shop, lovely piece of kit, and the guy was quite happy for me to play with it. Sadly a funding crisis (permanent) meant I had to give it back.
Then, only a hundred yards down the road in a charity shop were these two Pentax-fit Sigma lenses. One is a fairly mundane 75 - 210 zoom, still in good mechanical and optical nick, the other a strange 2x teleconverter which becomes a 42mm macro extension tube when you unmount the internal optics. Sounds mental I know but early experiments suggest good results in both 'modes'. How much did you say? £17 for both! Am I happy? What do you think!!!
