Went to the dental hygiéniste to have my teeth cleaned this morning and she was astonished at the state of my teeth, lack of tartar , whiter teeth etc.
Was very pleased because for the last 6 weeks have been doing oil pulling every morning: 20 minutes of swilling coconut oil around the mouth, more info here: https://draxe.com/oil-pulling-coconut-oil/ . So will comtinue I think.
