Another day, another fly tip 191/365

Yet again we have another tool dumping their crap all over the country lanes... a load of garden waste, tools and assorted rubbish - which we always check to see if we can trace it.  Hopefully the environmental warden might have more luck.  The last guy to **** with us just had his vehicle crushed which was deeply satisfying.
