Busy talking day which was all good, culminating in my appraisal. General feedback across the board is that I am fabulous with a tendency to talk too much. Nothing new then but all good to hear.

Cycling now and an early night. Cycling on the telly that is, not actually me live on a bike cycling round Norfolk obvs. Flat though I guess.
