Loch Lomond

We haven't been up the east side of Loch Lomond for a while, so today being such a beautiful day we drove over to Balmaha and then Rowardennan.  We couldn't believe the crowds, Scotland is really busy just now......

We walked along the pathway to the youth hostel, and sat looking out at the loch eating our sandwiches.  The youth hostel was the scene of many of our youthful adventures and where we did a lot of our 'courting'......

So I have shown an extra of the youth hostel, with some Danish walkers waiting for it to open...... they did the first part of the WHW from Milngavie, and in record time too.  

The other extra and the main are views of east side of the loch.

Such a lovely day we had......the temperature for those of you interested was 22C.

Hot for dancing tonight...... but we will!
