I missed #CowAppreciationDay by 24 hours but anyway here are most of the herd over the common, still safely behind their electric fence. Son2 came for a walk with us this afternoon having just discovered that his holiday to Crete is actually 24 hours later than expected. This was due to an administrative error by his friend who made the booking. At least they found out before they got to the airport! The plan was to stay at his friend's in Haslemere this evening and then leave for the airport in the early hours tomorrow morning. He will now be staying there tomorrow evening instead. I'm very jealous as I love Crete and the hotel where they're staying looks really nice.
