There's something about rainbows

Still very cold here, not a day to go out of the house if you didn't need to.
I did have to. Went to work for the morning, all good.
Took Ella out to lunch then home to get a hot water bottle and go to bed for an hour!
I've got the worst sore throat ever, feels like I'm swallowing broken glass.
My friend who is studying natural medicine has given me some bits and pieces to take.
