Grassed up

I've seen this car a few times but never been able to take a photo, but this time it was parked so I was able to get a photo.
In the extra photo section is a shot of the front of the car,
It is one strange looking car covered in artificial grass from the front to the boot, you could say it was an environmental friendly car.
