Orange Lacewing Butterfly

Today after a lazy start we visited a Butterfly farm about an hour down the track towards Alice Springs. Expecting a scientific type place we were amused to find an almost hippie type place with a large enclosure with several types of butterfly but also rabbits, turkeys and pigs to be viewed and fed. There were some lovely dragonflies around the pond as well. The most spectacular butterflies [ but the most difficult to capture] were the male and female Birdwing pair who were intent on propagating the species. I've attached a FB link if interested to show the other creatures.
