Time to leave comedy blips for a while and get back to some serious subjects.

Here is a Common Green Bottle Fly (Lucilia sericat). It is found throughout most parts of the world. Easy to recognise because of its metallic green body and hairiness.
Often comes into houses and is one reason why food should be covered. Also useful in Forensic medicine but I won't go into the reasons why.
