Is anyone looking?

What i saw when i got off the 23 in Hanover St just before 8 this morning.

The only person looking at anyone is the Christ image on the pillar of the RSA, challenging our doubt.

The street cleaner's presence may well not be noticed by those passing by. They may not notice the challenging gaze from the front of the RSA either. But everyone notices when this most disregarded and unglamorous of municipal workers is not present.

I would like to think the street cleaner might be intrigued, struck, by the Caravaggio hoardings. Whether he'll find the money to go in....

However, his route may take him to an art installation project that opened in the Old Town this evening. See Extra photo from this:
