Only The Lonely.

At the height of Summer the dawn skies were filled with the incessant hurly-burly of dozens of flocking and roosting herring gulls - not to mention the constant and plaintive, wheezing squeaks of their fledglings.

Now as the season segues into Autumn, only a few stragglers are left to traverse the cold and empty skies above the waking streets of Leith.
