Onion flowers

This is the wonderful mop head of an onion gone to seed.  Spent time pruning out gooseberry and blackcurrant bushes today and found the allotment seething with thumbnail sized frogs - literally hard not to tread on them.  Can't think what my plot offers more than any of the others or perhaps the whole farm has a plague of them
