Notes: Left a little after 8a, walked to mail package and then haircut. Went to pool for a bit but kind of cloudy and only stayed about 45 min. Feeling really tired, achy with head hurting - could be in total detox mode. Met a woman from online then for tea at Craft Kafe. Picked up some groceries @ Publix on the way back.
