A sad sight

Spotted in the village when I went to work in the shop this afternoon.  Such a shame, but hopefully this is the first stage in rebuilding it, rather than its decay.  I blipped it in April  when it was in better shape, but the weather was poorer!

Extra work in the shop to cover for the buses from the cruise liner which is in Kirkwall today.  Very busy - and some lovely people too.  Took with me a bucket of elderflower heads for J, who is very good at making elderflower cordial.  A lovely strong fragrance coming off them in the car, a proper summer smell.  Extra of some freshly picked strawberries too - but not enough to share!
