AJ learning how to marinate salmon!

A slick demo showing us how to cut raw salmon very thinly to eat raw then salmon marinated in lemon juice dill and some crunchy breadcrumbs and finally salmon marinated in teriyaki sauce.
After a bright but cold start the weather just deteriorated to wind and rain. They say we have been unlucky. Good job I brought warm clothes!
