Brilliant!

In between the wedding and the reception was a several hour break so that everyone could watch the Husker game. The family congregated back at the hotel where we had a conference room reserved and a tv to watch the game. This being Nebraska, nobody would have shown up the the wedding or reception if it meant missing the game.

The tv brought back memories of movie day in school when the teacher would wheel in the big black cart with the tv perched on top. It was a 20" tv with rounded glass on the front. Not exactly a large HD flatscreen.

Everyone brought beer for the pre-reception party, and my uncle had the brilliant idea to turn the sink into an ice chest. It's always great catching up with everyone.
