You can't keep a good town down

I was in Rangiora tonight after work, this was the first time that i had noticed all the obligatory keep out fencing that has become a familiar landmark, decorated.
I guess it was schools that done it but its bright, colourful and cheery. takes your eye away from the gaps and closed buildings. I chose this shot because it names the place the blip is about, but there is a huge variety of topics and messages.
For such a small town there really isn't a lot of building left intact.....
