Large red damselfly

After the gym this morning(hot!) I searched the garden for butterflies but didn't come up with anything interesting so instead you have a nice damselfly resting on some greenery in the pond.
We did discover the moth in my extra hiding inside the sun umbrella but I didn't get a look at its wings so I can't give it a name.
